FFX Auron Nog Jug Process

More production photos for our FFX costumes. This in in the process Johny used to carved Auron's Nog Jug using expanding foam, a technique he picked up from =ghostship= (www.kamuicosplay.com). Basically he used an empty arrowhead water jug, covered it in expanding foam and then carved it down to shape. It still needs to be paper mached, gessoed, sanded and then painted but so far he's pretty happy with the results.
