Skyrim Steel Sword

The master from the sword was made primarily of layers of expanded PVC (Sintra) and styrene. The grip and the base for the pommel were made from lathed polyurethane plastic, with Sintra, Styrene added for details, as well as textured spray paint and puffy paint for certain designs. A silicone mold was then made of the of the master, and the final sword was solid cast in Smooth Cast Onyx polyurethane resin. Model Master's buffable metalizer and acrylic paints were used to finish it. The 'leather' grip was made from EVA foam, Plastidip, and paints for weathering since I didn't have any scrap leather and was on a rather tight deadline.
